Currently, Viktorija holds a management position within the Educational Involvement Department, after serving as the Coordinator of the BEST Symposia on Education, where the focus was “Responsible Engineering.” In this role, she led sessions, engaging students in discussions on the ethical responsibilities of engineers, while gathering their insights to contribute to ongoing research. Viktorija is now overseeing the creation of a report based on these findings, which will be utilized for writing a research paper and making students’ voice heard. She is passionate about raising awareness of key issues in education, especially those that directly impact students, and views her role in BEST as a powerful platform for making a lasting difference.
