Prof. Dr. Zoran Jeličić

Zoran Jeličić is a Full Professor at the Faculty of Technical Sciences, University of Novi Sad, and a corresponding member of AINS. He holds a degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering and a PhD in Automation and Control Systems. He was a Humboldt Foundation fellow at the Technical University of Berlin and is a Visiting Professor at the Polytechnic University of Bari, Italy.

He is a professor in Automation and Control Systems, actively involved in both teaching and industry collaboration.

His research focuses on optimization algorithms, nonlinear control systems, and the development of advanced control solutions, with numerous contributions implemented in practice and integrated into commercial systems.

Jeličić is the founder of the UNIDO Smart Manufacturing Innovation Center (SMIC) for the Western Balkans and has been actively involved in international collaborations and projects.
