Nadica Koloska is a student of the Faculty of Computer Science and Engineering at Skopje, University Kiril i Metodij.
Always finding time for growth in a volunteer organization, and being an active contributor to solving problems that young people face.
Nadica has a background in local work in the Board Of European Students of Technology Local Groups Skopje and gained skills in project management, visual identity, branding and design, team leadership, and a lot more during her 3 years of active volunteering locally. This year Nadica takes on the journey on the international side of the organization as Coordinator of the Educational Involvement Department of BEST.
As the Coordinator of the Educational Involvement Department at BEST, Nadica is responsible for the strategic development and execution of the Educational Involvement Programme. This includes conducting research proposals, qualitative and quantitative data gathering, organizing BEST Symposia on Education, and disseminating valuable insights that contribute to the enhancement of STEM education across Europe. Nadica is passionate about designing programs that bridge educational gaps, improve student development, and promote international collaboration in higher education.
