Jelena holds her M.S. degree in Human Resources Development from Drexel University at Sacramento, CA; M.A. in Italian Language and Literature from University of Belgrade, Serbia and B.A. in Communication Science from University of Turin, Italy. Fluent in English, Italian, and Serbian, she infuses her work with a rich, multicultural perspective.

She is the founder of Vertex People Strategy, talent management consulting firm, dedicated to helping businesses identify long-term talent needs, develop comprehensive strategies to address them, and implement effective systems to achieve strategic objectives and drive organizational success.
