Saša Mladenović
Operations Director, Johnson Electric
Saša Mladenović, born on September 11, 1974, is a graduate economist. With over 24 years of experience in the automotive industry, he began his career at FRAD FILTERI A.D. in Aleksinac, where he progressed from a trainee in the finance department to Deputy General Manager. His comprehensive knowledge and skills in organization and operational management enabled him to advance in multinational companies, holding positions such as Plant Manager in the German company GRAMMER SYSTEM and the American company Johnson Controls.
Throughout his career, Mr. Mladenović has had the opportunity to participate in the execution of three significant investment projects in Serbia, one of which was a brownfield project, while the other two were greenfield projects. These experiences further enriched his knowledge and understanding of the automotive industry.
Additionally, Mr. Mladenović worked on the establishment and implementation of JIT (Just-in-Time) and JIS (Just-in-Sequence) production, and, with his team, implemented Lean manufacturing 16 years ago—one of the first projects of its kind in Serbia.
As Operations Director at Johnson Electric, Mr. Mladenović manages a team of over 2,200 employees, taking on the responsibility for developing strategies and initiating new projects. His outstanding personal characteristics, including responsibility, perseverance, and highly developed negotiation skills, contribute to his reputation as a reliable leader in the industry.
