Nebojša Matić

Since 2001, Nebojša Matić has been leading Mikroelektronika, a company focused on standardization, innovation, and time-saving. With a global reach, 99% of the company’s products are exported to over 130 countries. Over the years, Nebojša has implemented a four-day workweek, resulting in significant improvements in productivity. He introduced concepts like the “one new product per day” initiative, remote access to development boards, and a multi-language, multi-architecture integrated programming environment. 

He is also the creator of four standards and holds three patents. Currently, Nebojša is researching organizational efficiency while leading a team of over 90 individuals, combining a four-day workweek, automation, and a focus on daily achievements. The team’s goal is to promote tolerance and contribute to a better society.
