Dr. Vladimir Todorović

Dr. Vladimir Todorović currently holds the position of Head of the Development Center at the Scientific and Technological Park Novi Sad. He is instrumental in fostering innovation and international collaboration at the University of Novi Sad. In 2010, he played a key role in founding the Office of International Cooperation at the Faculty of Technical Sciences, where he led the office until 2020.

As an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Project and Innovation Management, Dr. Todorović teaches project management. His doctoral dissertation focused on intelligent software engineering, particularly the use of identification technologies in the food industry. Dr. Todorović earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the Department of Energy, Electronics, and Telecommunications at the Faculty of Technical Sciences, University of Novi Sad.

He also spent two years at the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca in Romania as part of the Erasmus Mundus program, supported by a European Commission scholarship. Dr. Todorović has contributed to several major initiatives including FP7, TEMPUS, Horizon 2020, Horizon Europe, and IPA INTERREG. He was the coordinator for the TEMPUS project iDEAlab and led the Horizon 2020 project “Researchers’ Night Serbia.”

Dr. Todorović has also attended informal educational programs at universities around the world such as Osijek, Ulm, Glasgow, Paris Sorbonne, TU Hamburg, Tartu, Kiev, Kaunas, Lodz, and Singapore. He has been active in developing innovative learning and technology demonstration platforms involving robotics, virtual reality, augmented reality, artificial intelligence, and the Internet of Things.
