Vladimir Milosavljević brings over 15 years of professional experience in Information Technology and Engineering and currently serves as the Head of the Business Area for Commercial and Special Vehicles at Continental‘s R&D center in Novi Sad, Serbia.

Vladimir’s career spans both academia and industry. During his time at university, he developed innovative industry solutions while also serving as a lecturer in electronics and embedded software at Novi Sad Faculty of Technical Sciences. Since joining Continental, he has played a significant role in building a multidisciplinary engineering team, establishing Novi Sad as one of the leading locations for commercial vehicle product development.

Now, as a member of the Commercial and Special Vehicles R&D board, Vladimir leads global strategic initiatives, collaborating with a Novi Sad-based team that has grown to over 300 people in the commercial vehicle sector.

He is passionate about leadership and fostering a strong, positive organizational culture.
